PatentFace® Service = Summarizing of patent publications

MindCash® is an online market place, where mental (mind) work is being provided as paid crowdsourcing service by freelancers. The market place starts in the field of patents with a packet of services called PatentFace®. These services support companies in monitoring new patent publications.

Companies, e.g. in the field of Process Automation and Biotechnology, have to continuously study all new patent publications in order to avoid infringing a patent, attacking a patent or getting inspired from a patent. MindCash® offer these companies to outsource that work of reading and understandingly summarizing patent publications to engineers in India. The engineers can provide that work under pseudonyms on a private basis, in parallel to their job. Quality is assured by MindCash's multiple eye principle.

The new patent publications, which are relevant for the companies and may be selected by IPC classes, are automatically loaded onto the PatentFace® data server, which is operated by MindCash® and used to share information with MindCash's corporate customers and engineers The MindCash® engineers systemize, categorize and summarize the uploaded publications and provide the companies access to download the added information via an internet link.

The PatentFace® customers, usually companies with activities in the field of Intellectual Property Rights, may use the provided server capacities also to present their own patent applications in a comprehensible way, using default PatentFace® templates for e.g. loading up pictures, graphics and video clips in order to support the detection of patent infringements and the licensing of the own patent applications.

Example:

The following table shows six examples of summaries of patent publications. The red colored words are identified as keywords and may in future be taken out of a list of keywords, in order to ease searching and indexing on the customer side.
